High-End Models Featuring Advanced Constant-Pressure Hydrostatic Guideway Technology:
To enable the carrying of ultrahigh workpieces up to 600 tons, we employ closed-loop hydrostatic guideway system for our big-sized worktables. This system generates a layer of high-pressure oil between the parts in motion, thus completely removing any direct metal-to-metal contact. As a result, even parts weighting tens of tons are able to rotate seamlessly and the tools can keep their highest high-precision geometric properties for several decades of use without performance degradation.
Thermally Symmetrical, Anti-Deformation Structural Design:
Heavy-duty cutting with maximum power can cause great heat buildup in the machine. Accordingly, our columns that are cast as one only piece as well as our large ram slides (with cross-section of up to 500 x 500 mm) are designed based on the principle of thermal symmetry.
Together with an adaptive counterweight system the design is an effective means of resisting thermal deformation, so even during ongoing 24/7 operation the machine succeeds in managing its dimensional stability.
Modular Automated Tool Holder Interface:
