Surface ripple is a common problem in the processing of horizontal lathes. The existence of surface ripple not only affects the aesthetics of the workpiece, but also affects the performance of the workpiece, and even makes the parts lose their due utility. It must be treated and solved scientifically and reasonably. In this paper, the causes of workpiece surface ripples in horizontal lathe processing are analyzed in detail for reference.
