The T69 Series horizontal milling and boring machine is designed for manufacturers that need to handle milling, boring, drilling and related machining operations on medium-sized and large, complex workpieces without moving the part between several different machines.
The T69 series heavy duty milling and boring machine uses a traveling-column configuration and a modular machine structure. Depending on the selected model, the boring spindle diameter ranges from 130 mm to 260 mm, while the column travel can be configured from 4,000 mm to 10,000 mm. The series includes the T6913D, T6916D, T6920D and T6926 models, allowing buyers to select a configuration according to workpiece dimensions, machining requirements and available production space.
For manufacturers working with box parts, plates, discs, housings, precision components and other non-standard workpieces, the main advantage of the T69 is straightforward: the workpiece can remain securely positioned while the machining system moves along the required working area. Milling, boring, drilling, reaming, tapping and other operations can be arranged around the same setup, reducing unnecessary handling and repeated alignment.
The cnc boring and milling machine is also designed with practical production considerations in mind. A semi-enclosed protective cover helps contain chips and cutting fluid around the machining area, while a spiral automatic chip removal system assists with chip evacuation. An automatic lubrication system supplies lubricant to the guideways through an electric pressure-relief lubrication pump, helping maintain consistent lubrication during operation.
